Test Facility Design Department (TFD) is responsible of the design, construction, maintenance and commissioning of Automotive Test Facilities (Test Tracks, Laboratories, and Buildings). We are looking for a Engineer that will support team in the following activities: Supporting the engineering team located in Europe, by following projects in India. Visit clients and ongoing projects on site. Interaction with the client, support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for the assigned business opportunities. Supporting the projects during design phase: planning, cost analysis, technical feasibility and contact with local suppliers and contractors. Supporting the projects during construction phase: construction supervision, test track validation tests, commissioning of facilities, maintenance assessment. Requirements: Education - Bachelor Degree in Civil engineering or Construction engineer. Knowledge in topography, earth movements, road construction and drafting, civil works management and health and hazard prevention. Knowledge in building construction is asset Skills in construction design software (AUTOCAD, CIVIL, Project Planners) Good communication skills and confident in discussions at different hierarchical levels Ability to manage projects, minor works and major works at the same time. Recognizable empathy, with team spirit, proactive attitude Open to work in a very international company with multicultural team Willing to travel
