Follow up for timely delivery: Regular Follow up for timely delivery of materials from suppliers. Ensure om committed deliveries from vendor end. After Sales Services: Ensuring after sales services with vendors in case of quality issues. Inventory Management: Track fabric inventory levels and manage stockroom operations. Control inbound & Outbound logistics: Dispatch Management of yarn at supplier end. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality fabrics Reduce costs and improve supplier performance Improve supply chain efficiency and reliability.
