Role: HR Recruiter IT / Non-IT / BPO / Medical Coding / Sales Hiring Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates (HR Internships will add advantage). Working Days: 6 Days a Week . Shifts : 6 days of working (9:30AM to 6:30PM - Monday to Friday). (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM - Saturday). Gender: Female Candidates Only. Salary Structure: Freshers: 15,000 (In-Hand) + Incentives (First 3 Months)Post 3 Months: 20,000 (In-Hand) + Incentives. Experienced: 18,000 25,000 (In-Hand) + Incentives(Customer Support Experience also accepted). Benefits: Performance-Based Incentives. Early Logouts for Achievers. Paid Leaves. Other Perks and Benefits. Key Responsibilities: Handling end-to-end recruitment process for MNC clients. Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals & social media. Coordinating interviews and managing candidate follow-ups. Maintaining candidate database and daily reporting. Requirements: Any Graduate (Preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills.
