Export Sales Executive -International Wholesale

About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic Export Sales Executive to manage and grow our international B2B sales of healing crystals and spiritual products. If you’re organized, confident, and excited to work in a women-led ethical brand, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage international B2B sales via email, WhatsApp, and platforms like Alibaba, Indiamart, etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas buyers (retailers, resellers, boutiques).
• Conduct virtual product walkthroughs and showroom tours.
• Research potential leads from Faire, Etsy, Instagram, Google, etc., and organize data in Excel/CRM.
• Coordinate shipments, prepare export documentation (PI, Invoice, Packing List, HS Codes).
• Maintain CRM records, track follow-ups, and generate weekly reports.
• Recommend trending crystal products based on buyer needs.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in exports, B2B sales, or client communication
• Good English communication (spoken + written)
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Gmail, and WhatsApp
• Knowledge of crystals/healing products is a bonus

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
