Job Overview:

Senior Real Estate Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support employees during critical client meetings, site visits, and deal discussions.
• Take ownership of end-to-end deal closures and ensure seamless coordination across all stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure timely collection of service charges and closure of all financial formalities.
• Oversee accurate documentation, agreement signings, and legal formalities for each transaction.
• Maintain long-term relationships and act as a key point of contact for all high-value clients.
• Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members on sales strategy, negotiations, and client service.
• Work closely with the leadership team to enhance the overall client servicing framework and sales processes.
• Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and a deep understanding of client needs.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7-15 years of experience in preferably in a client-facing or senior advisory role.

  Non real estate experience would also be considered.

• Demonstrated success in deal closures and high-level client relationship management.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate documentation, compliance, and post-sale servicing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and client accounts with professionalism.
• Leadership qualities with experience guiding or mentoring a sales/support team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate.
• Strong network in local real estate markets and high-net-worth clients.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Preferably local and nearby residing candidates.
