1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and existing customers. 2 Provide information about real estate projects, offers, and property details. 3 Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects. 4 Maintain and update the customer database with relevant details. 5 Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and meetings .6 Address customer queries and resolve concerns effectively. 7 Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversions. 8. Handle FtoF customers/prospects who may walk into office with or without appointment and make sure that the lead management system is being followed up on a regular basis.
