Executive/Senior Executive - Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team based in Noida/Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing both offline and digital marketing initiatives tailored to the commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, and mining sectors. This role requires hands-on involvement in on-ground events such as roadshows, key handovers, and customer get-togethers, as well as managing digital marketing and social media campaigns. Candidates with expertise in either offline or digital marketing and a strong willingness to learn the other will be considered.

Note: This role requires travel to different parts of the country/world for events, conventions and conferences. Candidates uncomfortable with travel are requested to refrain from applying.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns across offline and digital channels to promote products and brand presence in the commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, and mining sectors.
  
• Organize and manage on-ground marketing activities including roadshows, key handovers, customer get-togethers, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  
• Manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts including content creation, scheduling, engagement tracking, and performance analysis.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for marketing improvements.
  
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and support lead generation.
  
• Monitor and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  
• Maintain relationships with vendors, media partners, and event stakeholders for smooth execution of marketing activities.
  
• Assist in budget preparation and ensure cost-effective marketing operations.
  
• Continuously update knowledge and skills in both offline and digital marketing
  techniques relevant to the industry. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within commercial vehicles, heavy equipment, or mining industries.
  
• Strong expertise in either offline marketing (event management, roadshows, customer engagement) or digital marketing (social media, SEO, content marketing) with a willingness to learn the other.
  
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM software.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.
  
• Commercial awareness and understanding of industry-specific marketing challenges. Work Environment
