Job Description

  • Reach out to existing and potential customers through platforms like IndiaMART and TradeIndia to present our product and service offerings.
  • Learn details about our product and service offerings.
  • Address any questions or issues customers may have.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs.
  • Offer solutions based on clients' needs and capabilities.
  • Handle sales leads from B2B and B2C sites, including IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
  • Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
  • Keep an updated customer database.
  • Measure identified Customer KPIs.
  • Always strive towards meeting the sales quota.
  • Track and document calls and sales.
  • Update client records.
  • Prepare and present achievements and KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
