Position - Executive/ Sr. Executive (Sales) Location - Navi Mumbai (Airoli to Belapur) Products - Tile Adhesive Role & responsibilities - Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both commodity and value-added products (VAP) to achieve revenue targets. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.Set clear, measurable sales goals and objectives for the sales team. Network Expansion: Support business growth by expanding the network of dealers, distributors, and projects. Identify potential partners and negotiate agreements to enhance distribution channels. Promotional Activities: Plan and execute promotional meets and sales sampling activities. Utilize the various platforms to enhance sales processes and customer engagement. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and promotions Preferred candidate profile - Minimum 3 years of experience with Tile Adhesive product. Must handled Navi Mumbai (Airoli to Belapur)location and market.
