Location: Powai Plaza, Mumbai (Work from Office) Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working) Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Experience: 01 year (MBA freshers welcome) Role & responsibilities: We are looking for a Recruiter who is passionate about hiring and eager to grow in the executive search space. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, primarily for roles in the NBFC and financial services sector. Note: This is not a Business Development (BD) role. Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and feedback follow-up Work on mandates for NBFCs and other financial clients Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to find the right talent Maintain accurate candidate data and communication updates in our internal system Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure smooth closures Preferred candidate profile : MBA in HR or related field (freshers can apply) Strong communication and coordination skills Interest in recruitment and willingness to learn Basic knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Must be comfortable working from office (Powai)
