Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Interviewing: Conduct phone screens, and in-depth interviews, and coordinate. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers, coordinate pre-employment checks, and facilitate the onboarding process. Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment records, generate hiring reports, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Skills Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience: 2+ year of experience.
