What we expect

• Provide second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot escalated tickets from Level 1 support and ensure timely resolution.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and enterprise applications.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions through Active Directory or other identity platforms.
• Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting LAN/WAN issues.
• Perform regular system and security updates, backups, and patch management.
• Support IT asset management (hardware/software inventory).
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and equipment procurement.
• Document support activities, technical procedures, and configuration changes.
• Assist in implementing IT policies and security protocols.
• Provide user training and guidance when needed.

Who we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an IT support or system administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and system troubleshooting.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g ServiceNow, Jira).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
