Executive Employee Relations

As the Human Resources (HR) personnel, you will play a crucial role in various employee activities within the organization. Your responsibilities will include acting as the HR contact for different employee initiatives, developing a structured Engagement Plan across business units, conducting skip level meetings, and One-on-ones. You will be required to meet regularly with Team Leaders/Managers and Teams to understand their concerns and communicate any HR updates effectively. Grievance Handling will be a key aspect of your role, where you will need to address employee grievances and provide sustainable solutions. Being the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Internal Job Postings, you will be responsible for informing all employees about current job openings, coordinating interviews, conducting interviews, and closing requirements within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT). Additionally, you will be organizing employee engagement activities to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm on the work floor. Your role will also involve the implementation of HR policies, providing critical support and feedback in the policy process, ensuring the Performance Management system is effectively executed, and overseeing the Code of Conduct adherence among employees. Moreover, you will facilitate monthly Rewards and Recognition programs to acknowledge talented and outstanding employees, along with managing background verification processes efficiently. As a candidate for this position, the preferred qualification is an MBA in HR, along with excellent communication skills. Experience working with MS Excel or WPS spreadsheet software, and familiarity with Canva or Poster my Wall for creating posters will be advantageous.
