Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Junior

Assistant/Executive to join our pharmaceutical marketing team in Bangalore. The ideal

candidate should have a passion for digital media and a strong understanding of

pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing dynamics. You will assist in the development, execution,

and optimization of digital campaigns targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across

multiple channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and PPC.

• Support the execution of brand campaigns and digital initiatives for HCP engagement and

patient awareness.

• Coordinate with design, content, and brand teams to develop campaign assets.

• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable

insights.

• Maintain and update content on websites, landing pages, and microsites via CMS

platforms like WordPress.

• Ensure all marketing materials comply with industry regulations and internal SOPs.

• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and pharma marketing innovations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Digital Garage, HubSpot, Coursera, etc.).
  • Experience working on pharma or wellness brands.
  • Exposure to HCP engagement programs, digital CME initiatives, or patient awareness

campaigns.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms or marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp,

Zoho, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is a plus.

Required Skills:

  • Strong foundational knowledge of digital marketing tools and tactics (SEO, SEM, PPC,

Email, Social Media, etc.).

  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing practices, industry terminology, and digital

compliance.

  • Proficiency in platforms and tools such as:
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager / LinkedIn Ads
  • Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • WordPress or other CMS platforms
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks or projects

simultaneously.
