Job Summary: We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication. Language: Kannada speaking is a must (Candidates must be able to communicate fluently in Kannada) Key Responsibilities: · Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about products/services. · Maintain and update customer database accurately. · Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion. · Record call outcomes and feedback for process improvement. · Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team lead or manager. · Handle customer objections and escalate complex issues when necessary. Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services online. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, etc.) Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Plan and run social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements. Conduct keyword research, website audits, and SEO optimization (on-page and off-page). Manage company website (updates, landing pages, performance monitoring). Write and optimize content for blogs, ads, and email marketing. Coordinate with designers and content teams for creatives and content generation. Monitor digital trends and competitors to identify new opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
