What are we looking for in a suitable candidate?

CA IPCC cleared or Pursuant
To work on different kinds of audits, tax, accounting, company law & other client engagements, based from their office.
Good comm skills, good knowledge of advanced excel, good knowledge of fundamentals of accounting, audit, taxation,
Staying less than one hour travel from office, willing to work from office, willing to travel to client engagements within Mumbai & suburbs, as needed.
There may be stock / Inventory audit engagement once a week where need to start very early at 5 / 5.30 am
In such case Pick up from office by cab will be available
You need to be a good work planner
