We are seeking a reliable and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Director and ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage calendar, meetings, appointments, and other schedules Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence and presentations Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Organize files, reports, and documents (both digital and physical) Coordinate meetings, client interactions, and office events Oversee office administrative tasks and vendor coordination Assist with personal errands and other tasks as needed Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline; Commerce/Business background is a plus 1–3 years of experience in executive support or administration Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability Positive attitude and ability to work independently Additional Preferences: Female candidates preferred Based in Siliguri Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience and skills) Contact: [email protected] | 9733073333 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
