Executive Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
• Prepare and file TDS returns (quarterly) and handle TDS payments.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) on time.
• Manage Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation and GST compliance.
• Assist in preparing and filing Income Tax returns and advance tax calculations.
• Handle monthly and annual closing of accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Coordinate with external consultants and auditors during statutory audits.
• nsure compliance with applicable laws and financial regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors during audits and prepare necessary documentation.
• Monitor and manage company cash flow.
• Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making.
• Maintain all tax-related documentation and records.
• Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and compliance requirements.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with GST portal, TRACES, and Income Tax e-filing portal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
