The Sales Executive will actively engage with potential buyers, promote the brand, and close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences regarding two-wheelers. Present and demonstrate two-wheeler products effectively to potential customers. Achieve sales targets set by the management on a monthly and quarterly basis. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the 2 wheeler industry. Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts. Attend automotive exhibitions, trade fairs, and community events to promote the brand. Provide post-sales support, including assisting customers with registrations, financing options, and service queries. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information to customers. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner. Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar role is an advantage.
