Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring field executives, providing on-field training, and ensuring daily reports to the Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a degree with at least 2 years of experience in the Microfinance field. Key skills required for this role include an entrepreneurial mindset, execution-oriented approach, teamwork skills, and the ability to work effectively with remote teams. The candidate should also demonstrate the capability to influence cross-functional teams and be willing to travel extensively to visit customers. Other competencies include adaptability to a startup environment, fieldwork, multitasking capabilities, and a willingness to engage closely with farmers and Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).
