Key Responsibilities: Handle data entry, record maintenance, and documentation tasks accurately. Process customer requests, orders, or claims via email or chat. Verify and update customer or transaction information in databases. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and complete processes. Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and quality standards. Maintain confidentiality and data security while working remotely. Generate reports and update trackers as per process requirements. Eligibility & Requirements: Education: 12th pass or any graduate. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome. Excellent written communication skills in English. Proficient typing skills (minimum 30 WPM) and basic computer knowledge. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment at home. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if applicable). Preferred Skills: Prior experience in back-office or data entry roles. Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and basic data management software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
