Job Description

HI All,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Aggregation & Management:

    • Consolidate multiple client accounts across business units or geographies into a unified strategy to maximize revenue potential.
    • Identify opportunities for account growth by coordinating efforts between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at expanding account penetration, increasing client retention, and driving overall sales growth in the aggregated account base.
    • Create and implement account-specific plans that align with the broader sales strategy and client business goals.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
    • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Revenue Growth & Upselling:

    • Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and work to deliver value that leads to increased account revenue.
    • Work closely with sales operations and marketing teams to generate new sales opportunities within aggregated accounts.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

    • Partner with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure an integrated approach to customer engagement and value delivery.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to align on account status, timelines, and delivery expectations.
  • Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

    • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts for aggregated accounts, tracking progress against set goals and targets.
    • Regularly report on account health, sales performance, and revenue growth to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience in account management, business development, or sales operations.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, and client management practices.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to sales strategy and performance tracking.
