As a Public Relations (PR) Manager at Oswaal Books, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visibility of our brand across both digital and traditional media platforms. With 6-9 years of experience in Public Relations, you will leverage your strong media relationships and exceptional storytelling skills to collaborate with influencers, celebrities, and production houses, creating impactful brand narratives. Your responsibilities will include managing Press Relations & Media Outreach by drafting and disseminating press releases, maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers, and ensuring consistent media coverage aligned with brand campaigns. Additionally, you will identify and secure brand integration opportunities on digital platforms, collaborate with content creators for effective brand placements, and build partnerships with production houses and creative agencies for brand collaborations. In your role, you will be responsible for Content Creation & Editorial tasks such as writing articles, speeches, and managing communication materials. You will also handle Celebrity Management by liaising with talent agencies, managing endorsements, and coordinating PR activities for celebrity-led initiatives. Strategic PR Planning & Execution will be a key aspect of your job, involving designing proactive PR strategies, tracking media trends, and providing PR solutions during crises. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in PR, preferably in publishing, FMCG, media, or education sectors, along with proven experience in digital PR and influencer marketing. Your exceptional communication skills, ability to independently create press materials, and familiarity with production houses and integration formats for digital platforms will be essential. Experience in celebrity coordination and talent management will be considered a strong advantage. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, PR, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in managing PR for consumer-facing brands or working in a PR agency will be beneficial. A portfolio showcasing successful PR campaigns and media coverage will further strengthen your application.
