Managing and organising Confrerences all over India at Various 5 star Hotels n Resorts Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from inception to completion. Collaborate with team members to develop event concepts, themes, and timelines. Assist in sourcing and liaising with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for event logistics, including venue, catering, audiovisual equipment, and decor. Support the management of event budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of event plans. Assist in creating and distributing event materials, including invitations, programs, signage, and promotional materials. Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, attendee assistance, and troubleshooting. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to assess event success and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to enhance skills and knowledge in event planning and management. English speaking is a must
