Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Set Design, Interior Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, or related fields, along with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful decor and set design work. The ideal candidate should be a visionary thinker who excels in creating visually stunning environments, adept at translating brand narratives into experiential design, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and demonstrate strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
