Role & responsibilities Assist in developing and executing brand management strategies that strengthen the positioning of MM TVs channels and OTT platform. Support the creative development of marketing campaigns for the promotion of news and entertainment content. Monitor market trends and competition to develop insights that enhance brand performance. Collaborate with media, creative, and digital agencies to create impactful advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (ATL, BTL, and digital). Execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive viewership and engagement, aligning with the overall brand strategy. Manage and optimize budget allocations for brand promotion and advertising activities. Coordinate event activations and cross-promotions, both on-ground and digital, to enhance brand presence. Regularly assess the effectiveness of campaigns through data analysis, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns. Support celebrity management and influencer campaigns to elevate the channels brand image Preferred candidate profile Post-Graduation (MBA/PGDM) in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields. 3-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or media-related roles (preferably in media, entertainment, or digital industries). Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer insights, and market trends. Creativity and strategic thinking in planning and executing brand-building campaigns. Experience with digital marketing, running digital campaigns is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
