As the Regional Vehicle Service Manager for Vehicle Service delivery at Ather, you will be based in Bangalore and aligned with the Zonal Vehicle Service Manager. You will be a crucial member of the Vehicle Service team. Your primary responsibility will be managing the team operating our flagship workshops in the city, which serve as the main point of customer interaction. Ensuring a seamless and superior customer experience through your team at the workshops is essential. You will drive service KPIs for the city and oversee the day-to-day service operations, guiding and mentoring the team throughout the process. Monitoring warehouse operations, including inventory management and coordination with the central warehouse, will also fall under your purview.
