As an Infoscion, a typical day involves working as part of the Infosys consulting team to address customer issues, diagnose problems, design innovative solutions, and ensure successful deployment to achieve client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. Additionally, you will conduct solution demonstrations, workshops, and prepare effort estimates in alignment with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines. You will take an active role in leading small projects, contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. In terms of technical requirements, you should possess expertise in technology areas such as EUC App Virtualization, Microsoft App V Technology, EUC Patching and Distribution (SCCM), Server Administration, MS Windows, and Microsoft Technologies. Additionally, you should have the ability to develop value-creating strategies, understand software configuration management systems, stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends, demonstrate logical thinking and problem-solving skills, collaborate effectively, understand financial processes and pricing models, assess and improve processes, and have knowledge of at least one or two industry domains. Client interfacing skills, project management, and team management capabilities are also essential for this role. Preferred skills for this position include experience in Server Operating System Administration (Windows), SCCM, Mobile Device Management (Intune), and Universal Windows Platform.,
