Estimation Engineer – Swimming Pool and Water Feature Projects

JOB POSTING WILL BE AT OMAN A reputed swimming pool construction and contracting company is seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to manage cost estimation and tendering activities for residential and commercial pool projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MEP and civil estimation, with a focus on accuracy, cost control, and project feasibility. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for swimming pool projects, including civil, MEP, finishing, and specialty equipment components. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to assess material, labor, and equipment requirements. Work closely with design and engineering teams to understand project scope and technical details. Prepare and submit competitive quotations and tender documents. Track market rates, supplier pricing, and subcontractor quotes to ensure cost accuracy. Assist in value engineering, budget planning, and cost optimization strategies.
