The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil and infrastructure projects based in the UAE. Key Responsibilities : Analyze tender documents (drawings, specifications, BOQs) and client requirements. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates using industry-standard estimation software. Develop pre-tender cost strategies in alignment with project timelines and budgets.
