We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Manager with a civil engineering background to oversee the operations and maintenance of our school premises in Habra, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and a strong ability to coordinate with multiple departments such as housekeeping, accounts, administration, and transport.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee maintenance, repairs, and civil work of the school campus
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for upkeep and improvement projects
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Collaborate with housekeeping, admin, accounts, and transport teams for smooth operations
Maintain records and reports related to infrastructure, facilities, and expenses
Supervise ongoing construction or renovation work, if any
Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal functioning of all physical assets

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate, facility management, or infrastructure roles
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
Proficiency in basic project management tools and MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
