EvinceDev (Evince Development) is seeking a talented candidate with over 6 years of experience to lead a team of mobile-based application developers throughout the entire life cycle of complex projects. As a team leader, you will be responsible for mentoring consultants and junior team members, designing and developing reusable objects based on company security standards and best practices, and collaborating with business partners to review requirements. Additionally, you will be expected to build detailed level designs for new functionality and migration of legacy technology to the latest technologies, review test cases and automated test plans with the QA team, as well as perform code reviews. You must have a firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax, along with knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming. Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode (CocoaPods), Gradle (Android Studio, IntelliJ) and understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage are essential. Hands-on experience with programming in React Native 0.72 and above, strong knowledge about Redux, Mobx, or any other data storage mechanism, and familiarity with hooks and their usages for state management are required skills. Experience with automated testing suites like Jest or Mocha is considered a plus. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent communication skills to efficiently collaborate with clients and other team members.
