As a Marketing Management Trainee at our growing manufacturing organization based in Pune, Maharashtra, you will be part of a dynamic team where you will gain hands-on experience in various marketing functions specific to the manufacturing sector. Your main responsibilities will include conducting market research, assisting in product marketing strategies, supporting sales teams, planning and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, engaging with customers, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. While prior experience in sales/marketing is preferred, freshers with a strong interest in B2B/industrial marketing are also encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of digital marketing tools would be an added advantage. You should be willing to travel for factory visits and client meetings. In addition to gaining exposure to industrial marketing and business development, you will have the opportunity to learn about channel and distribution strategies, technical product positioning, CRM and ERP systems like SAP and Salesforce, pricing strategies, margins, and product costing basics. As a Marketing Management Trainee, you will receive structured rotation and mentoring from senior marketing professionals, with a clear career development path into Product Management, B2B Sales, or Marketing Strategy roles. Performance-based evaluation will determine your potential for absorption into a full-time position. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shift and morning shift, with the work location being in person.
