Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Staff Consultant with expertise in BI and ETL tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience. ### Roles and Responsibility Design and develop solutions using Oracle Analytics, ETL, and Data Warehouse. Engage with customers to discover business problems and goals. Deliver PoCs tailored to customer needs and run customer hands-on workshops. Collaborate with all roles at the customer organization, including executives, architects, technical staff, and business representatives. Build effective relationships with customers, focusing on their needs and providing coaching and communication. Develop Dimensional Hierarchies and add multiple sources to business model objects. ### Job Requirements Expertise in Oracle's analytics offerings, including Oracle Analytics Cloud, Data Visualization, OBIEE, and Fusion Analytics for Warehouse. Strong design skills in BI and ETL based on various scenarios. Experience with other BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is preferred. Hands-on experience with Analytics and Data Warehousing report/solution development. Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. B.E. / B.Tech. / Master’s degree required. At least 2 years of OAC implementations experience. Worked on Oracle ERP data. Knowledge of FDI is an advantage. Experience in ETL process and ETL tools like ODI or Informatica.
