Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Hiring for E Recording Specialist Check the package if the documents are scanned and all the pages are uploaded correctly Check Grantor(s) and verify if the name is matching on the signature part. Check the Grantee(s) and verify if the names are matching in the Acknowledgement section. Check the Loan amount. Check for riders are properly tick marked in the check boxes and the copy of the riders is attached to the mortgage/DOT. Review the Notary section if all the relevant information is entered and notary seal & signature. In Simplifile Application we need to verify below details. Check if the county is available in the Simplifile and upload the package accordingly. Enter and review the relevant information in the application before submitting. Match the Estimated recording fee with the amount provided by the customer. Submit the documents after getting the confirmation from the customer.
