Position : Equity Dealer | Relationship Manager | Sales Manager

Location : Chennai | Coimbatore | Hyderabad

MEASURES OF SUCCESS/KRAS (KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS)

1.Execute the orders on behalf of clients by doing Pre trade post trade confirmation.

2.Responsible to achieve brokerage revenue of CTC.

3.Opening new D'mat and trading accounts of clients through self sources and through the company's leads.

4. Client Reactivation.

5. Responsible to generate brokerage primarily through giving SMC research to clients on their equity/commodity/currency portfolio for long term investments as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short/ medium term.

6.Responsible for achieving maximum sales target assigned thus ensuring profitability of Initial Public Offering (IPO) & Mutual Fund business and deals in all the cross sales at SMC.

7. Candidate should be Graduate + Certified NISM 8 Equity Derivatives module.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate should be Graduate & Certified NISM 8 (Equity Derivatives)

2. Min Experience required at least 1yrs in broking /share market.

Role & responsibilities

1. Evaluating and assisting in achieving the Teams Targets.

2. Accomplishment of revenue targets of Relationship Manager,

3. Accomplishment of Account opening targets & Cross Selling target of Relationship Manager,

4. Accomplishment of AUM (Asset Under Management) of Team

5. Keeping the Clients satisfied and updated about their Trading related details and queries - for himself/herself & team

7. Success Ration of his/her team.

8. Number of Complaints received against his Team.

9. Ensure Daily Sales Reports in CRM software.

10. MIS and data updating and protection.

11. Team build up & Development

Job Requirements:
