Role & responsibilities : CORE COMPETENCIES AND PROFESSIONAL STRENGTHS: Project Planning & Management: Responsible for the finalization of Project/Equipment Locations, Equipment Specifications, Design Calculations, Cost Estimation, Budgets, Electrical drawings/schemes - Preparation, Submission and Approval from Competent Authorities and Miscellaneous works in Consultation with Vendors and Management keeping in line with the latest developments and technology. Responsible for Co-ordinating with team members and anchoring On-Site Construction activities to ensure completion of Project within the Time & Cost Parameters. Responsible for startup of equipments in safe and systematic manner and watch all the equipments healthiness to ensure to run under safe and systematic working condition. Identifying areas of bottlenecks/ breakdown and taking steps to rectify through the application of troubleshooting techniques. Ensures all deliverable aligns with industry direction, standards, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Erection and commissioning of electrical systems and field instrumentation. Key Responsibilities: Erection and commissioning of electrical systems and field instrumentation. Operation, maintenance, and calibration of various field instruments (transmitters, valves, sensors, etc.). Troubleshooting of starters (DOL, RDOL, Star-Delta, Soft Starters) and VFD drives. Maintenance and overhauling of HT and LT motors up to 1.8 MW. Handling electrical equipment like transformers, ACBs, VCBs, EOT cranes, and belt conveyors. Expertise in MCCs with E3+ relays and DeviceNet communication. Skilled in interpreting electrical drawings, P&IDs, ladder logic, and interlocks. Maintenance of ESP systems and ash handling equipment. Proficient in communication protocols: DeviceNet, ControlNet, Modbus, and Foundation Fieldbus. Active involvement in breakdowns, shutdowns, and system improvement initiatives. Technical Qualities: Good understanding of Electrical Drawings, practical as well as theoretical knowledge of Different Electrical Equipment/Instruments like Furnace Transformers, Distribution & Lighting Transformers, ESP & ETP application Transformers, HT Panels, PCCs, MCCs, APFCR, UPS, VVVFDs Soft Starter Panels, etc. Good Knowledge of Automation System and Field Instruments. Good Knowledge of the Balance of Plant Equipment viz., Bag Filters, Weigh Feeders, Belt Weighers, Belt Conveyors, Air Compressor Systems, Pre-Heater Systems, etc.
