SAP ePPM-Project Portfolio Management Consultant • Experience in successful SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects, preferably a PS, PPM and/or CPM implementation • More than 7 years of experience in SAP EPPM (SAP PPM, SAP CPM and SAP PS) • Completed certification in at least one SAP EPPM tool would be a plus • Experience with other EPPM tools (SAP Innovation Management, SAP Intelligence Project Network, SAP Project Cloud and SAP EPC) as a plus • Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise • Master data- Deep knowledge in cross module Master data • Functionalities - Knowledge of various sub-scenarios of Assembly Processing, RRB, Progress Analysis, Results Analysis, Settlement, Overhead, Portfolio Management, PPM resource management, PPM - automatic PS project creation, PPM - budget transfer to PS, CPM - bid project, CPM - Easy cost planning transfer to PS, CPM - financial planning, CPM - workspace, CPM financial planning, CPM Issue and Change Management • ABAP objects - Exits, BAPI, BADI, Enhancement points, PI-PO, RFC, Workflows etc.- Knowledge about purpose of all ABAP tools and good knowledge about Database table • Interface with Legacy systems- At least one interface knowledge/experience • CATS- Knowledge and Experience about CATS • Integration with all other related modules • Experience on Various Project Billing such as T&M, Milestone, Lump-sum and Periodic Billing • Must have good understanding of Construction Management Business Processes, esp. using SAP Best Practices in this area. • Able to plan lead and document design blueprint workshops. • SAP S/4 Hana Experience must. • Good exposure to Agile implementation methodologies like Scaled Agile Framework (Safe) is a plus. Requirements: • Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. • Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP ePPM implementation and optimization projects. • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, invoice management, and document capture. • Proficiency in SAP ePPM configuration, including workflow design, data extraction and integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. • Project management skills, including the ability to lead project teams, manage timelines, and ensure project success. • SAP VIM certification is a plus.

hands-on experience and conversant in Primavera P6 (EPPM Module preferable), Microsoft project, Project Planning System and/or other project software is an added advantage. Ability to prepare L1, L2, L3 and L4 schedule in Primavera/MS Project. Required Candidate profile planning experience with an understanding of Engineering, Fabrication Procedures, Sourcing, Procurement, Shipping and QA/QC Method preferable in manufacturing environment

Roles and Responsibilities Professional and Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) applications - Managing P6 Users, Licensing, role-based permissions, and security settings within Primavera applications - Configuration control of coding structures, resource/role pools, calendars, Enterprise Project Structure (EPS)/Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Security Profiles and settings that are standards and global in nature. - To ensure system availability and performance - Serve as the primary contact for Primavera P6 user issues and questions - Provide mentoring to new users in Primavera P6 as needed - Monitoring data and ecological integrity and standard archiving / backup processes. - Point of Contact to IT (System and Database Administrators) & for Oracle Primavera Help Desk - Hands on experience in preparation / updating of Dashboard Power-Bi

Role & responsibilities Project Implementation: Lead and support the functional implementation of Primavera EPPM P6 Cloud solutions for the Adani Group. Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Primavera configurations. Configure and customize Primavera P6 modules, including but not limited to Enterprise Project Structure (EPS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), and project schedule creation. Assist in data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Functional Training & Knowledge Transfer: Develop and deliver comprehensive functional training programs on Primavera EPPM P6 Cloud for various user groups within the Adani Group. Conduct hands-on training sessions covering core Primavera functionalities, including: Navigating the EPPM P6 Cloud interface. Creating and managing Enterprise Project Structures (EPS). Defining and utilizing Organizational Breakdown Structures (OBS). Developing and managing project schedules (activities, relationships, constraints, resources). Understanding and applying best practices for project planning, scheduling, and control using Primavera. Create detailed training materials, user manuals, and quick reference guides. Provide ongoing support and mentorship to users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of the Primavera platform. Tool Knowledge & Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for Primavera EPPM P6 Cloud, staying updated with the latest features and best practices. Provide expert advice on optimizing Primavera usage for project management, reporting, and analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the client's project management framework. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years, please specify) as a Primavera Functional Consultant or Trainer, with a strong focus on Primavera EPPM P6 Cloud. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with: Primavera EPPM P6 Cloud Platform. Enterprise Project Structure (EPS) setup and management. Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS) configuration. Comprehensive project schedule creation, including activity definition, sequencing, resource loading, and baseline management. Progress updating, variance analysis, and reporting in Primavera. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience working with large enterprise clients, preferably in the infrastructure or energy sector, is a plus.
