Educational and Experience Details: Bachelors degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering with masters in environmental or Urban Planning, Policy, Management, Infrastructure Development or Environmental Engineering required with about 5 years work experience in urban infrastructure projects Should have substantial experience as an environmental expert in at least 2 solid waste management projects Must have worked at least in one World Bank or donor financed project and is familiar with the environmental safeguards requirements of projects financed by the World Bank or by another international finance institution,
