As a Business Development Manager at Book My Kitty, you will be at the forefront of reshaping how India celebrates by revolutionizing kitty party management and micro-event execution. We integrate cutting-edge event technology, dynamic influencer marketing, and real-world experiences to create a seamless model that sets us apart in the industry. Your role will involve identifying new leads and business segments within RWAs, Societies, Restaurants, Brands, and Corporate Networks. You will strategically build and maintain a strong pipeline through various outreach methods to ensure a steady flow of opportunities. Crafting compelling proposals and sales pitches for events, exhibitions, brand collaborations, and influencer activations will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. By meeting clients, closing deals, and providing a personalized, value-driven experience, you will drive revenue growth and establish lasting partnerships. Your success will be measured by your ability to exceed monthly revenue goals, secure new bookings across different city zones, and retain and grow key accounts by upselling future offerings. Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver flawless experiences and gathering client feedback will be essential in enhancing our offerings and sales approach. The ideal candidate for this role will have 3 to 6 years of sales experience in Events, Exhibitions, Brand Activations, Corporate Sales, or Lifestyle Marketing. Prior exposure to RWAs, Housing Societies, Restaurants, or Brand Managers is advantageous. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are a must, along with an entrepreneurial mindset, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in English, Hindi, CRM tools, and MS Office is also required. Your performance will be evaluated based on monthly revenue targets, successful event closures, conversion rates, repeat business, and strategic relationship development across various categories.
