Role & responsibilities Support and development on advance ABAP objects on ECC and S/4 HANA systems Assist the Functional Consultant in gathering the requirements and ultimately set up a fully functional development, test, and production environment to deliver it. Responsible for making best solution recommendations considering scope,requirements and impact analysis Prepare the technical specifications based on the functional specifications supplied by the functional consultant Focus on quality and on-time delivery within agreed estimation. Adherence to service SLA Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3+ Years of ABAP development Experience in SAP ABAP support and development. Experience with work on ABAP objects like Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancement, Smart form, Adobe Form of any module (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO etc.) on ECC and S/4 HANA. Experience in ABAP Object Oriented Programming Good to have worked on BRF+, Workflow, OData and CDS. Worked on Ticketing (Incident and Work order) tool Soft skills, Competencies: Structured, flexible working approach and outstanding commitment Should be a good team player with intercultural communication skills Ability to work independently, under pressure Ability to work on own initiative Ability and willingness to provide knowledge transfer to others Ability to prioritize and understand business impact of IT systems Ability to ensure proper documentation and handover of implemented solutions and related processes.

Job Responsibilities(JR) : 6 8 Areas Actionable (4-6) 1. Problem Management Review the performance of the system on a periodic basis, identify potential system performance bottlenecks, get system architecture reviewed and changed wherever required to resolve the performance bottlenecks. Evaluation of new technologies and solutioning for applications to handle Capacity growth. Contribute to improvements & enhance efficiency of applications & processes for effectiveness. Engage proactively with the incident management team to identify potential problems, plan and execute suitable projects to resolve the problem. Adhoc, Sudden and critical outbreaks of security incidents 2. Application Enhancement and solutioning Inventory management and CMDB review Capacity review and augmentation Participating in complex projects like DC shifting, Hardware upgrade, Storage movement, deployment of new security solutions Invoice tracking and payments Data for ICAAP, ISRMC, Apex IT committee, IT strategy committee, IT Dashboard Quarterly ITPP review and implementation DB support renewal Periodic and implementation of Baselines (OS,DB,MW) Performance monitoring and tuning on technologies such as weblogic, oracle database, linux OS etc. Project management and coordination with different teams for smooth implementation. Review application architecture periodically for better application response to end user. Design and implement architecture best suited for current environment. Creating of Knowledge Base for applications supported. Supporting UAT environment & issues during testing. Manage vulnerability fixes, patch management etc. 3. Vendor Management Periodically document and review the performance of the vendor, do necessary escalations and initiate Service Improvement plans wherever applicable. Collaboration with the vendors for resolution of issues, new solution design, AMC & Professional services payments negotiations & renewals, agreement signoffs. 4. Audit and Compliance Ensure that applications are compliant to IT policies, processes and Internal, external, RBI & SoX audit guidelines. Remediation of application audit observations and ensuring hygiene processes are followed to achieve ZERO REPEAT OBSERVATIONS "Annual review of monitoring KPIs configured in the automation tools. The KPIs to be reviewed wrt: Relevance Thresholds to be recalibrated Configure new KPI if required with help automation team" Ensure the change and release management processes are followed, Application documentation for projects and change management are completed as per process. 5. Project planning and execution Drive the end to end planning and execution of technology projects with all stakeholders internal Tech and Digital & Operations Educational Qualifications Key Skills B.E / MCA /M.Sc. (CS) with Experience: 8-11 yrs Knowledge of Network and Network Security technologies like Firewall, SSL, etc. Experience of having worked with Operating Systems like Linux, Solaris, AIX, etc. Experience of having worked with Database technologies like Oracle DB, SQL Server, etc Candidates require good communication skills, positive attitude and preferably with certification in the technologies mentioned above. Candidate should be experienced in handling team consisting of atleast 5 -7 members knowledge about development skills (Java JSP and Servlet, Java Script, Python, Shell Scripting etc.) Hands on experience on Unix / RHEL / Windows Integration technology understanding viz. Rest, FIX, JSON Middleware & Messaging: Weblogic / WAS / JBoss / IBM MQ / JMS / MS MQ. Containerization and scaling Clear knowledge and hands on working of a database technology (Oracle / MS SQL Server / My SQL / No SQL / Caching Technologies) Web application lifecycle and architecture Problem Solving Skills Knowledge about key and certificate management Knowledge on Treasury & Risk Solutions. Experience Required No. of years of experience- 8-11 yrs of experience Exposure to banking preferable Exposure to Treasury & Risk Solutions with Cloud computing - Added Advantage
