Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Utility

• Utility Systems Planning and Implementation:

• Lead the planning, design, and installation of utility systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, water supply, wastewater treatment, and compressed air systems.
• Ensure systems are designed to meet operational needs, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.

• Project Management:

• Develop comprehensive project plans for utility system installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Operations and Maintenance:

• Establish and oversee preventive maintenance programs for all utility systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Implement energy conservation initiatives and monitor utility consumption to reduce operational costs and environmental impact.

• Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols related to utility operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain safe working conditions and mitigate environmental risks.

• Team Leadership and Development:

• Build and lead a skilled team of utility technicians and engineers.

Qualifications:

4~8 years of experience in utility management within a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in greenfield project setups

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, water treatment, and other utility systems.
• Proven track record in project management, with experience in budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
