How You'll Make an Impact - Analyze processes or disruptions, identify weak points, develop solutions, and support implementation - Participate in work groups/projects and moderate meetings/workshops - Propose, plan, and drive continuous improvement projects - Implement Artificial Intelligence solutions into everyday work processes - Drive and support harmonization activities - Consult with other business functions on opportunities for engineering improvements at a global level What You Bring - Bachelor's of Science Degree in an Engineering discipline or related field - 10+ years of experience in roles such as lead engineer, program manager, or solution architect - Background in continuous improvement or LEAN programs preferred - Experience in proven implementations of artificial intelligence projects preferred - Knowledge of Oil & Gas and Process Industries, as well as related standards - Cost out and development experience for a product in Oil & Gas preferred About The Team The Transformation of Industry division at Siemens Energy focuses on decarbonizing the industrial sector by increasing electrification and efficiency.
