Job Title: Quality Engineer – Injection Moulding (Process)
Location: Sahibabad Site 4, Ghaziabad

Job Description:
We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in injection moulding. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and strong knowledge of quality instruments, parts inspection, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process and final inspection of injection moulded components.
• Use precision measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
• Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols accurately.
• Prepare and maintain quality documents (PPAP, CAPA, 8D reports).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Work closely with production to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 2–3 years of experience in quality control, specifically in injection moulding
• Proficient in using quality inspection tools
• Good understanding of GD&T and technical drawings

Salary: Based on interview and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
