You will be joining Eagle Photonics Pvt. Ltd., an 18-year-old pioneering company specializing in Fiber Optics and Telecommunications. As a Technical Engineer at Eagle Photonics Pvt. Ltd., your primary responsibilities will include after-sales services such as installation, commissioning, training, calibration, and AMC support for products supplied by the company. The product line you will be dealing with consists of active & passive components, cables, accessories, and test instruments in the Optics, Fiber Optics, and Electronics domains. You will also be actively involved in technical sales and services, including installation, commissioning, training, warranty, calibration, and AMC support for products from various companies as part of agency sales for Eagle Photonics. The compensation and benefits for this position will be as per prevailing industry standards, depending on your skills and experience. The desired profile of the candidate includes a BE in Electronics/Telecommunications/Electronics & Telecom/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support for engineering graduates. You should have extensive knowledge of Fiber Optics technology, particularly in test instruments, components, and machines, as well as good knowledge of modern embedded computer systems and software, including operating systems and applications. Candidates with higher experience may be considered for the positions of Dy. Manager/Manager. The desired work experience for this role ranges from a minimum of 2 years to a maximum of 10 years. The functional area is Technical Support within the industries of Fiber Optics, Optoelectronics, Telecommunication, and Networking. The location of posting will be in Bangalore, with travel required all over India for sales and support activities.
