Engineer - PLCs and Control Systems

As a Site Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues in Silvassa, Gujarat, and Mazgaon, Maharashtra. Your budget for this position ranges from 2.4 LPA to 3 LPA with a service agreement of 1 year. You are expected to have a Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering / BE with 1 to 2 years of experience in the field. Your role will involve being proficient in electrical and mechanical concepts and systems, understanding instrumentation functionalities, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. You should also have experience in diagnosing hardware issues, knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques, familiarity with production line hardware types, and understanding of PLCs and control systems. You will act as the main point of contact for clients on-site, providing technical assistance, addressing concerns promptly, and working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth operations. It is crucial to effectively communicate with internal and external parties, diagnose and resolve technical problems, monitor system performance, coordinate hardware maintenance tasks, provide training to clients, and be available for rotational shifts and emergency support. Your ability to communicate clearly, work well in a team, and quickly resolve technical issues will be essential for this role.
