Engineer Planning - Supply Chain Management

1.Job Objective :- Candidate will be responsible for the OTD of the plant, need to be a strong link between the customer, plant & procurement team. Responsible for the overall FG inventory of the plant & need to guide the procurement team for arranging the bought out related to the plant FG.

2.Key Role & Responsibilities :- Receive the demands, orders, forecast consolidate & transform into mfg. plan. Generate manufacturing plan while taking care of customer needs, prioritize the same per demands & capacity constraints. Ensure BOM availability for weekly & monthly demands along with the procurement team. Coordinate with other departments for order fulfillment & escalate in case of gap if any. Generate, maintain, consolidate and track various reports showing plant performance. Co-ordinate with the customers, logistics team & ensure timely delivery.

3.Qualification & Experience Required :- Candidate should be Engineering Graduate BE Mech/ Prod. with 4 to 7 years of experience in PPC/ planning/ logistics taking care of following responsibilities. ¢ Experience in an engineering industry / auto ancillary involving @500+ finished goods ¢ Must have working knowledge of the demand driven planning. ¢ Working knowledge of a reputed ERP into S&D. ¢ He/ she should be able to handle large amount of data. ¢ Expertise in Advanced Excel, Pivot table, H-Lookup & V-Lookup, macros etc. ¢ Candidate should be able to work effectively in diverse group of people.

4.Personal Characteristic :- Good analytical skills, good interpretation of diverse data. ¢ Communication skills (Verbal & Written) ¢ Strong follow up. ¢ Resourceful to quickly resolve the issues. ¢ Inter-personal skills & Repo building. ¢ Should be good at numbers, need to take decision based on factual data. ¢ Well-organized, highly efficient, keen eye for detail.
