Job Description

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable Planning Manager to be responsible for the overall SCM Department.

lead the development of production plans, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products, collaborating with various departments to optimize efficiency and meet customer demands.
Analyze demand trends, forecast future needs, and develop strategies to align supply with demand.
Create and manage production schedules, ensuring efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery of products.
Monitor stock levels, optimize inventory turnover, and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to optimize capacity utilization.
Participate in S&OP processes, aligning sales forecasts with operational capabilities.
Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of plans.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in planning and scheduling software
Knowledge of supply chain management principles
Bachelor's degree
Experience in electronic manufacturing or a related industry
