You will lead the identification and prioritization of energy capital projects, operational changes, and facility upgrades to reduce energy consumption, along with evaluating the financial viability of projects and reporting on energy and sustainability activities. In the position of BMS In-charge, you will monitor and operate the building management system, troubleshoot system faults, analyze data for optimization, and implement preventive maintenance programs. Your role will also involve vendor management, training building staff, and maintaining documentation of system operations.
