Carry out detailed study of current process and prepare basic engineering package in coordination with cross functional team. Prepare PFDs, material balance, energy balance for all the products and Utilities requirements. Obtaining various approvals required for execution of site activities from various government agencies. Conduct periodic Meetings with project team members to identify and resolve issues. Define project teams deliverables and ensure that they are adhered with fine balance between Quality, Time, and Cost. Conduct post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements and manage internal customer satisfaction during project transition period. Define and implement a robust project review mechanism to ensure project deliverables are meet within approved budget, time & risk are escalated to appropriate level. Responsible for right design, selection, procurement, and execution of equipment and machinery.

Role & responsibilities Maintaining Hydrocarbon Accounting & loss Models Suggesting Areas of improvement and design changes. Study of PID, PFD Building Mass balance, Energy Balance and Yield Accounting reports Coordinate with Process Unit, Oil Movement & Storage, IT Instrumentation departments for data & reporting accuracy. Collect Energy, Flaring and Venting Data from historian Server, Fix data issues, Analyze values and create mapping reports Preparation of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manuals Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of chemical processes and unit operations including batch and continuous. Working knowledge of Crude oil refinery and Petchem plants. Knowledge of Sigmafine, Belsim Mass balance and Yield Accounting, Honeywell Production Balance or equivalent tool from KBC or Aveva is a must. Must have one full project lifecycle implementation experience of Mass balance and yield accounting at Refinery. Knowledge of Process historian like OSI PI, Honeywells PHD, GE Proficy or equivalent Knowledge of Advanced Excel, VBA, SQL, word & AutoCAD software. Preparation of energy and mass balance data, calculations and carrying out simulation studies Basic process calculations e.g. Equipment sizing, line sizing, Process data sheets for Equipment and Instrumentation, Hydraulics Calculation, Control Valve Calculation, Safety Relief Load calculations, Control philosophy Process, SOPs and Critical parameters. Knowledge of HAZOP, HIRA and QEMS. Practical experience for preparation and reviewing of PD, PFD, PID, PDS & IPDS.
